If they are able to offer support, they will then complete an assessment to determine if the person you are working with is suitable to be referred into the night shelter. This is done on a case-by-case basis. Our general eligibility criteria are:
18+
People of all genders
People of all backgrounds
Low to medium needs - We are unable to support people with alcohol or drug dependence, severe mental health conditions not managed well with medication, or those with a recent history of violent behaviour.
We accept people with no recourse to public funds
